Parsons seeks a Project Controls Specialist to develop schedules, manage costs, and deliver high-visibility engineering programs for PG&E in the Bay Area. This role emphasizes Primavera P6, earned value, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful program delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project controls, strong scheduling/cost management experience, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Typically 5+ years of related experience in project controls, cost management, and scheduling.

Mansioni

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules, primarily using Primavera P6.
• Establish and monitor cost control baselines and budgets for complex projects.
• Perform earned value analysis, variance analysis, and forecasting for both cost and schedule performance.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and performance updates for internal leadership and client stakeholders.
• Partner with project managers, discipline leads, and finance teams to align scope, schedule, and budget.
• Support risk identification, mitigation planning, and what-if schedule/cost analysis.
• Assist with change management, including evaluation of change orders and analysis of schedule and cost impacts.
• Contribute to claims support and time-impact analyses as needed.
