Job summary

Faith Technologies, a leading construction and engineering firm, seeks a Project Controls Leader to plan and execute controls for medium to large projects. You will guide cost, schedule, and contract baseline development, and coach a team of controls specialists on performance tracking.

The role requires strong leadership, 10 years of electrical contracting or MEP coordination experience, and travel up to 50%. Typical hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10 years of electrical contracting experience or MEP coordination.
• Travel up to 50%.
• Typical work hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mon–Fri with flexibility for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a project controls plan as part of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) for the project execution.
• Plan and organize the setup of project baseline in project controls system, and implement a plan to track against the baseline on a regular basis.
• Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baseline.
• Provide technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation, training and coaching to a team of Project Controls specialists.
• Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan, and communicate mitigation plans to Project Management.
• Supervise Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work per contract.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
