Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead cost and schedule control across medium to large projects. You will develop and implement the project controls plan, establish baselines, and supervise a team of controls specialists.

The role requires collaboration across the project team and senior leadership. The position supports remote work with travel up to 50% and a traditional M-F schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 years of electrical contracting experience or MEP coordination.
• Travel 25-50%.
• Typical work hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mon–Fri; schedule may vary to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a project controls plan as part of the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Plan and organize setup of project baseline in project controls system and track against baseline.
• Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baseline.
• Provide technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation, training and coaching to Project Controls team.
• Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance; communicate reasons and mitigation plans to Project Management.
• Supervise WBS and project coding structures for control and integrity of work.
• Perform other related duties as required.
