Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10 years of electrical contracting experience or MEP coordination.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Typical work hours 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with flexibility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a project controls plan aligned with the PEP.
• Set up project baselines in the controls system and track against them.
• Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baselines.
• Provide technical and administrative direction to the project controls team.
• Analyze variances and communicate mitigation plans to Project Management.
• Supervise Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for contract integrity.
• Perform other related duties as required.
