Job summary

Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, TN seeks a LPF Project Controls Schedule Analyst at Senior Specialist level to lead planning, scheduling, and cost control across multiple DOE projects. The position requires strong Earned Value, schedule integration, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities include directing activities to meet PM goals, using Primavera P6, SAP, and WebEVM, ensuring tools and data support project delivery within budget and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years relevant experience; Master’s 6+ years; PhD 3+ years.
• Demonstrated proficiency in scheduling, cost control, and EVMS.
• Experience with DOE project controls and multiple vendors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and directs activities to meet PM mission requirements.
• Provides planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting across multiple scopes.
• Ensures tools support project on track, within budget, and compliant.
• Manages cost, schedule, and risk plans; data collection and forecast development.
• Tracks changes and communicates schedule/cost impact to client and PM.
• Integrates cost and schedule data with accounting systems to meet goals.
• Interacts with stakeholders to gather inputs and distribute outputs.
