Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive field project controls experience.
• Experience supporting large EPC power generation or heavy civil projects.
• Proven ability to quantify progress and forecast accurately from field data.
• Advanced Excel and project reporting tool proficiency.
• Field walkdowns and verification of installed work.
• Strong cost, scheduling, forecasting, and change management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quantity tracking and progress measurement systems.
• Validate contractor quantity reporting and earned progress claims.
• Verify installed quantities through field walkdowns and coordination.
• Validate reported progress against actual construction status.
• Coordinate with contractors and management to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project controls reports and participate in meetings.
