Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Business or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related experience in a project engineering or services environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/project management software.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support 3-5 Project Coordinators throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and actual costs with project managers.
• Ensure accurate planning and reporting with stakeholders.
• Track milestones, timelines, deliverables, and costs.
• Prepare invoices and deliver to customers.
• Develop project estimates and maintain data integrity.
