Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to oversee planning, tracking, and analysis of project financials, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery. You will be responsible for maintaining tight financial control and reporting standards across projects in multiple industries.

The role requires 7+ years in project engineering or services, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related experience in a project engineering or services environment.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/project management software.
• Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead/manage 3-5 Project Coordinators to support Projects and Project Manager during the Project Life-Cycle.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and actual costs; assist Project Managers with planning and reporting.
• Interact with customers and vendor personnel to ensure progress meets requirements; track milestones and costs.
• Prepare invoices and ensure accuracy before delivering to customers.
• Identify variances in budgets/schedules; support risk and opportunity analysis.
