Job summary

E Tech Group in Dallas is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead planning, budgeting, and financial analysis for complex projects across Life Sciences and other industries. You will supervise 3-5 project coordinators and work with project managers to ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and within budget.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related experience in a project engineering or services environment.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/project management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and management.
• A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage/Lead 3-5 Project Coordinators to support Projects and Project Manager during Project Life-Cycle.
• Assist Project Managers to monitor project budgets, forecasts, and actual costs.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate project planning and reporting.
• Interact with customers and vendor personnel to assure project progress to meet customer requirements.
• Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and associated costs.
• Prepare invoices, verify details for accuracy, and deliver to the customer.
• Identify and flag variances in project budgets and schedules.
• Support risk and opportunity analysis related to project financials.
• Follow and coordinate established or informal SOPs for Mission Critical team.
• Support development of project estimates to verify accuracy and maintain data integrity.

You have:

Salary: $110,000- $140,000
