Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls in New Brunswick, NJ to lead cost, risk, and governance for a broad portfolio of pharma capital projects. You will own budgets, forecasts, EVM, and schedules, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery within approved budgets and in compliance with cGMP and internal policies.

The role requires 8–12+ years in project controls in regulated settings, with expertise in SAP, Power BI, and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

8–12+ years of project controls experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated environments.
Strong knowledge of cGMP and capital governance frameworks (stage-gate, CAR/AFE).
Proficiency with cost management and reporting tools (SAP, Power BI, Primavera P6 or MS Project).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management, or related field; PMP, AACE CCP/EVP/RMP preferred.

Responsibilities

Support enterprise-level capital portfolio reporting and analytics for capital allocation decisions.
Oversee validation and consolidation of multi-year CapEx financial plans and forecasts.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of capital and OPEX financial reporting (budgets, forecasts, accruals).
Lead governance for capital project financials including CAR/AFE and stage-gate controls.
Manage a team of project controls professionals supporting capital projects in a regulated environment.
Own cost baselines, forecasting, and earned value management across capital projects.
