• 8–12+ years in project controls within pharma/biotech or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, capital governance frameworks (stage-gate, CAR/AFE).
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Primavera P6, or MS Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP or similar certifications preferred.
• Experience with risk frameworks like Monte Carlo simulations advantageous.
