Job summary

STACK Infrastructure_seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead the Delivery PMO controls across our construction portfolio. You will oversee cost, schedule, and performance data, partner with Preconstruction, Construction leadership, and Finance, and implement standards for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to enable informed decisions.

You will manage a team of cost managers and schedulers, provide executive-level updates, and drive continuous improvement of project controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business administration, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience leading project or portfolio controls on large-scale projects.
• Experience leading a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical facility construction is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, train, and manage a project controls team of cost managers and schedulers.
• Create and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders on status and risk.
• Conduct regular project reviews, identify critical path activities, delays, and cost impacts.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction across the portfolio aligning with client objectives.
• Provide executive-level reports including performance updates, risks, and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Construction Finance and Development to support forecasting and baselining.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and analyses for project and portfolio performance.
• Implement policies to maintain real-time awareness of risks and exposures.
• Increase adoption of Project Controls tools through documentation and training.
