Job summary

WSP seeks a Project Controls Manager to oversee and direct Program Controls for a large, multi-modal, bi-state program. This role can sit in either Vancouver or Seattle, WA, and requires leading cost engineering, scheduling, risk management, and reporting to executive leadership.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in financial controls on large-scale programs, strong EVM knowledge, and experience with PMIS platforms such as Primavera P6 and Procore. Power BI and advanced data skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in financial controls, finance/accounting, and scheduling on large-scale programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct program controls for a large, bi-state program.
• Develop integrated master schedule, risk register, and spend forecast.
• Lead cost and schedule risk assessment efforts and reporting.
• Interpret reports and trends to assess delivery implications.
• Lead monthly program reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate with Technology on data management and PMIS modules.
