Job summary

TerraPower in Bellevue, WA, seeks a Senior Project Controls Specialist with extensive experience in project management and controls to support complex, high-value initiatives. You will develop, implement, and oversee project controls processes, ensuring milestones and objectives are met through scheduling, cost control, risk management, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, and cost management.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule projects with Primavera P6 or similar tools.
• Reviewing and validating schedule data; identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and analyze project performance metrics including cost, schedule, and earned value (EV).
• Prepare variance analyses and forecasts; identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards for project leadership; track KPIs, milestones, and action items.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with project controls workflows.
