Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; equivalent technical training and experience may be considered.
• Minimum 7 years of construction scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• U.S. Citizenship required to obtain facility-specific security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project schedules from conceptual planning through design, construction, and startup.
• Create and maintain CPM schedules, logic networks, and resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment of schedule requirements and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify variances, and perform schedule analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure scheduling activities comply with EVMS requirements.
• Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
