Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Project Controls Manager to plan and execute the project controls requirements for complex electrical contracting and MEP projects. You will provide technical and administrative direction, coordinate a team of project controls specialists, and act as a key resource on the project team.

The role involves developing baselines, tracking performance against plans, and communicating variances with mitigation steps. Travel up to 50% and standard hours from 7:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10 years of electrical contracting experience or MEP coordination.
• Travel up to 50%.
• Typical work hours 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday; may require work any day to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a project controls plan as part of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) for the project execution.
• Plan and organize the setup of project baseline in project controls system, and implement a plan to track against the baseline on a regular basis.
• Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baseline.
• Provide technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation, training and coaching to a team of Project Controls specialists.
• Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan, and communicate the reasons for the issuance of variance and proposed mitigation plans to Project Management
• Supervise the implementation of Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work to be performed as defined by the contract
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
