Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or equivalent.
• 18 months - five (5) years of project controls, planning and scheduling work experience using Primavera P6 preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, project managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, analyze, and manage project activities and resources to support project and department needs.
• Establish, monitor, and report on baselines for cost and schedule.
• Assist in determining internal and external engineering and construction resource solutions for meeting project objectives.
• Identify internal and external engineering and construction resources in the schedule and any constraints on current projects and future demands.
• Communicate project status and resource loading with team members and management.
• Identify and communicate project plan changes and advise team members and management of potential conflicts and solutions.
• Expedite project plan changes and communicate internal and external reallocation of resources to accommodate changes.
• Evaluate project forecasts to assure desired results are achieved.
• Develop alternative solutions for resolving potential resource constraints, schedule conflicts and cost overruns.
• Participate in intra and inter departmental activities to assure adherence to schedule and established guidelines.
