Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates project costs and updates requirements.
• Generates and analyzes earned value reports; conducts portfolio analyses and discusses observations with portfolio managers.
• Ensures compliance with internal procedures and federal/government regulations; gathers progress information to update projects.
• Provides technical guidance to junior staff and may supervise engineers on project work.
