The candidate must have a strong leadership background in project controls, extensive experience in high-risk capital projects, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business or related fields with 12 years’ PM experience, or
• High School diploma or GED with 16 years’ experience in engineering, construction, project controls or related field with 8 years in leadership in project controls.

Aufgaben

• Guide resolution of project control issues with strong analytical skills.
• Prepare reports and presentations for Project Management and corporate management.
• Identify design, scope, and schedule changes and communicate mitigations to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Oversee baseline processes for cost, schedule and progress and ensure proper systems implementation.
• Ensure company processes and industry best practices are followed across projects.
