Black & Veatch is seeking a Project Controls Lead Analyst in a senior, staff-level role focused on renewables projects. The role coordinates cost control, planning and scheduling, and risk management across complex projects with minimal supervision.

The position supports a hybrid work model with a focus on delivering accurate forecasts, proactive issue escalation, and strong leadership of project control personnel within our collaborative teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant cost control or planning & scheduling experience.
• Ability to lead a project controls function with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Project Controls (PJC) function or team and influence clients.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, cost reporting, and risk analysis.
• Manage scheduling, float analysis, earned value, and constructability reviews.
• Lead staffing, staff development, and performance feedback.
• Support change management discussions and project reviews.
