Qualifications

• Bachelor3s Degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 5 years of related experience in project controls, scheduling, and cost management.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and financial reporting.
• Ability to interpret contract documents, schedules and budgets.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and EcoSys is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain time-phased project schedules and cost baselines.
• Collect, analyze, and report schedule and cost data with variances.
• Support risk reserves integration and financial forecasting.
• Implement financial controls, procedures, and forecasting techniques.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with project teams across locations.
