Responsibilities

• Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates project costs.
• Generates and analyzes earned value reports for projects and discusses observations with the project manager.
• Performs portfolio analysis and reviews findings with portfolio managers on On Time Delivery and Risk Forecasts.
• Provides technical guidance and training to junior staff and may supervise engineers on project work.
