Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of project management methodology including budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies.
• Familiarity with project finance, accounting or business administration concepts.
• Ability to plan and manage detailed execution of construction projects using contract documents and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develops time‑phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates project costs and updates requirements.
• Performs earned value management and produces performance reports for portfolios of projects.
• Monitors progress and identifies variances between forecast and actual expenditures; communicates findings to management.
