Responsibilities

• Develops and analyzes time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates project costs; updates requirements.
• Generates and analyzes earned value reports and discusses observations with the project manager.
• Monitors progress of project deliverables and actual expenditures versus forecasts.
• Provides technical guidance and training to more junior staff.
• Performs other duties as required.
