Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related project controls experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Experience with large construction projects is highly desirable.
• Extensive Earned Value Management (EVM) experience and proficiency with Primavera P6 required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain time-phased project cost and resource forecasts.
• Validate project costs and update schedule baselines as required.
• Prepare client and internal status reports on cost and schedule performance.
• Conduct variance analysis and support risk and profit/loss analyses.
