AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager for a pharmaceutical/construction portfolio in Puerto Rico. This role will be collocated at the client site in Carolina, PR, and report to the Project/Construction Manager while supervising the project controls team.

The ideal candidate has a 10+ year background in cost management, scheduling, and estimating, with strong communication skills and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Accounting, Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the project controls team.
• Maintain detailed project cost estimates and forecasts across all phases.
• Analyze budgets, commitments, actuals, accruals and cash flows.
• Develop and manage Earned Value performance and variances.
• Create and maintain project schedules and cost data integration.
• Lead risk management, contingency evaluation and risk logs.
