Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to federal contract requirements and/or eligibility for a U.S. government security clearance.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodology including budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies, and finance and accounting concepts and practices.
• Demonstrates the ability to independently plan and manage the detailed execution of a construction project by thoroughly interpreting documents, schedules and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains integrated critical path schedules for major projects.
• Generates and analyzes earned value reports and discusses observations with the project manager.
• Provides technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
