Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent related experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains time‑phased project cost and resource forecasts.
• Maintains integrated schedule baselines and performs variance analyses.
• Generates earned value reports and supports client/project status communications.
• Ensures compliance with internal procedures and government regulations.
• Mentors junior staff and supports project teams across locations.
