Responsibilities

• Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates project costs.
• Monitors progress of project deliverables and actual expenditures.
• Performs Earned Value Management and financial analyses.
• Documents impact of project changes on cost/schedule baselines.
• Provides guidance to junior staff and may supervise engineers.
