Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews contract management records to provide technical advice on project controls.
• Oversees cost controls reporting and reconciles project cost reporting for large projects.
• Oversees scheduling process, including bid phase, schedule creation, monthly reporting and updates.
• Supports integration of company systems to track costs and scheduling; ensures proper training.
• Performs regular project reviews and monitors job cost against KPIs.
• Coordinates with staff on tracking change orders and claims.
• Manages tracking around unsecured revenue and contingencies.
• Monitors over/under billing to control cash flow.
• Assists with resource and cost loading to the schedule (labor, equipment, materials).
• Assists in project close-out procedures by validating final revenue prior to billing.
• Maintains knowledge of company values and strategic plan.
