Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Data Science, or equivalent.
• Team leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years in project management, project controls, or cost engineering.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 and EVMS.
• Experience with large datasets and data integration.
• Proficient in Python, VBA, and SQL.
• Experience with Power BI and SharePoint integration desirable.
• Advanced Excel including modeling, pivots, and complex formulas.

Responsibilities

• Implement project cost control practices across all project phases and delivery models.
• Oversee cost control systems and reporting including variance analysis and forecasting.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, schedulers, risk analysts, and financial analysts.
• Manage cost, schedule, and budget for deliverables and ensure quality of client deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to project controls procedures and promote continuous improvement.
• Contribute to governance maintenance and develop work instructions.
