Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Indianapolis seeks a Lead Planner to head project controls on large, high-risk projects. You will coordinate cost and schedule activities, act as primary contact for controls delivery, and lead cost/schedule workstreams.

Bachelor’s degree in A/E/C management or related field with eight+ years of experience in cost or schedule management on capital projects. Strong communication and proficiency with project controls software are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Eight or more years of related experience in cost or schedule management on capital projects.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Expertise using cost and schedule management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost and/or schedule workstreams on complex projects.
• Coordinate inputs from analysts and schedulers.
• Interface directly with client stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate cost and schedule risks.
• Support Managers with reporting and delivery oversight.
• Ensure alignment with project controls standards.
