Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project controls.
• Strong experience managing multiple projects.
• Proven expertise in cost forecasting and budgeting.
• Working knowledge of GMP structures and procurement strategies.
• Understanding of construction scheduling (CPM).

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, cost control, and forecasting.
• Develop and monitor project budgets and cash flow.
• Partner with teams to identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Establish standardized project controls processes and reporting.
• Manage monthly financial reviews and reporting.
