• Execute program cost projections and forecasting.
• Oversee program general conditions and cash flow management.
• Lead the accounting team for timely owner billing.
• Manage the change management team for compliance.
• Develop reporting metrics for change management health.
• Establish scheduling processes and conduct time impact analysis.
• Oversee document control processes.
• Integrate VDC processes as required.
