Job summary

BEUMER Group in Somerset, NJ is seeking a Project Controller to manage commercial and financial aspects for multiple projects. You will partner with Project Management, Finance, Sales, Engineering and Procurement to ensure accurate booking and forecasting.

Travel to project sites will be necessary. We seek a candidate with a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and 5+ years of project-based accounting, plus strong MS Excel capabilities and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of construction and/or commercial, project-based accounting experience.
• Power user of MS Excel; advanced Word, Outlook and PowerPoint skills.
• Superior analytical and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute project performance controlling: costs, revenue, cash flow, margins.
• Support Finance with month-end close, accruals, and invoicing processes.
• Prepare monthly project financial reports and forecasts for PM and senior management.
• Assist Sales/Tendering during offer and contract risk reviews.
• Coordinate with project teams on budgets, milestones, and priorities.
