Job summary

Baker Power & Process is seeking a qualified Sr. Project Controls Engineer to support multiple construction projects. The role focuses on developing cost and schedule baselines, collecting monthly progress, analyzing variances, and forecasting to management in standard formats.

The candidate will implement financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques while interfacing with project teams and levels of management across the organization. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or business.
• Strong background in EPC project controls practices and methods.
• Experience with cost control, scheduling, and earned value methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains integrated cost and schedule baselines.
• Collects and analyzes monthly progress data.
• Analyzes project variances and forecasts.
• Generates earned value reports and communicates with management.
• Supports financial controls and forecasting techniques.
