Job summary

Baker Construction Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Controls Engineer to support multiple construction projects.

You will develop cost and schedule baselines, collect monthly progress data, analyze variances, and integrate forecasts for management reporting. You will implement financial controls, Earned Value Management, and collaborate with project teams to produce client and internal status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction/business or equivalent.
• Experience with EPC project controls preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and analyzes integrated critical path schedules for major projects.
• Collects monthly progress information and analyzes variances.
• Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates costs.
• Monitors progress and prepares earned value reports for projects.
• Prepares client and internal status reports to communicate cost status.
