Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in business, construction management, technical, engineering or related area.
• 2 years of practical experience (Bachelor's +5 years or Associate +8 years equivalents also acceptable).
• High school diploma with 12 years of relevant experience may be considered equivalent.
