Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 4+ years of project controls / project management experience managing scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality.
• Familiarity with earned value management and six sigma principles.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program schedule baseline and IMS; collaborate with schedulers to enable schedule performance management.
• Assist with development and maintenance of the program cost baseline through the IMS; support cost performance management and reporting.
• Collaborate with risk management to maintain the risk register and reserves; support PMO governance and program reviews.
• Lead and manage program proposal and pricing initiatives including Basis of Estimate development; ensure program management excellence.
