Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or Masters) in technical sciences, engineering, regulatory, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera P6, and Smartsheet.
• 2–7 years of relevant project controls experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically for client project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, cost models, progress tracking tools, and performance reports.
• Prepare project controls reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
• Monitor cost performance, change impacts, and forecast trends in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Create alignment with cross-functional client departments including Design, Construction, Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
