Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical sciences or related discipline.
4–7 years of project controls, general construction, or related experience.
Willingness to travel for client project assignments.
Advanced experience with Excel, Project/Primavera P6, and related tools.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, cost models, and performance reports.
Prepare detailed schedule logic updates, forecasting, and variances.
Maintain integrated project schedule with baselines and look-ahead plans.
Track quantities, productivity, and earned value for cost/schedule forecasting.
Monitor cost performance, change impacts, and forecast trends with project manager.
Identify risks/opportunities and recommend mitigation or recovery actions.
