• Lead project controls on large-scale U.S. government construction programs.
• Develop integrated project schedules and cost forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis and EAC updates.
• Support regulated government/commercial programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Establish WBS, baselines, control accounts, and progress measurement systems.
• Perform cost control including budget development and forecast updates.
• Collect and integrate data from multiple stakeholders for actionable insights.
• Monitor performance against baselines and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare program performance reports and presentations for leadership.
