Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler for the Blue Grass Army Depot Energetics Center of Excellence explosives manufacturing facility. You will develop and maintain baselines, run what-if scenarios, and apply schedule risk management to support decision-making.

The role requires 5–10 years of project scheduling experience, strong skills in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and solid EVMS knowledge. Travel may be required to facilities, suppliers, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5–10 years’ experience in project scheduling.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Understanding of EVM, SPI, schedule risk analysis, and progress measurement.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline schedules and prepare what-if scenarios to support project decision-making.
• Apply schedule risk management techniques, including contingency planning.
• Perform critical path analysis, schedule integrity reviews, and progress reporting.
• Build and manage resource-loaded schedules, including histograms and schedule insights.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure sequencing accuracy and timely program delivery.
• Utilize Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel; Power BI experience preferred.
