Aegis Project Controls in Eagle Mountain, Utah, United States is seeking a Senior Project Controls Engineer to lead CPM scheduling and project control systems for data center projects. This role collaborates with client project managers, construction professionals, and stakeholders to develop, manage, and monitor schedules across the project life cycle.

Responsibilities include creating baselines, performing critical path analyses, updating progress with narratives, and delivering monthly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or related field; waiver possible with 5+ years vertical construction experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling in vertical construction.
• 2+ years of experience in project controls for data centers.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
• Ability to interpret construction documents.
• Experience developing construction schedules for data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor CPM schedules for data center projects.
• Review project documents and create baseline schedules with all dates, activities, and milestones.
• Perform progress schedule updates and provide reporting with narratives.
• Analyze schedules, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct site walks and prepare monthly progress packages for on-site teams.
• Review contractor progress and present to management for decisions.
• Develop KPIs and benchmarks to support program goals.
• Manage costs and resources; report variances and impacts.
