Aegis Companies in Joliet, IL seeks a Project Controls Engineer to develop, manage, and monitor CPM schedules across project lifecycles. You will collaborate with project managers and site staff to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include baseline development, progress updates, critical path analysis, and monthly reporting. Expect 5+ years in project controls for vertical construction and proficiency with Primavera P6; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in project controls and CPM scheduling for vertical construction.
• Experience in developing schedules for projects over $50M.
• BS in architecture, engineering, construction, PM, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and strong document interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor CPM schedules for construction projects.
• Review documents to create baseline schedules with all dates, activities, and milestones.
• Perform progress updates and generate comprehensive reporting.
• Conduct critical path analyses and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and validate progress on site.
• Communicate status to management and stakeholders; support risk assessment.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and resource/cost reporting.
