Job summary

Aegis Project Controls seeks a Project Controls Engineer in Mount Pleasant, WI to develop, manage, and monitor CPM schedules and project control systems throughout project lifecycles.

The role collaborates with client project managers, construction teams, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 2+ years in project controls and proficiency in Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in project controls and CPM scheduling in vertical construction.
• Experience in data centers preferred.
• Proficiency interpreting construction documents.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (may be waived with experience).

Responsibilities

• Development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM schedules.
• Review project documents to develop baseline schedules with dates, activities, milestones.
• Perform progress schedule updates with comprehensive reporting and narratives.
• Conduct critical path analyses and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for site teams and stakeholders.
