Aegis Project Controls in Augusta, GA, seeks a Senior Project Controls Engineer to lead CPM scheduling and project control activities for large-scale construction programs. You will develop and monitor schedules, analyze critical paths, and coordinate with clients and site teams to ensure on-time project delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in project controls, a relevant degree, and strong skills in Primavera P6, cost, and resource management. Travel to regional sites may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or related field (waived with 5+ years vertical construction experience).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and ability to interpret construction documents.
• Experience developing schedules for projects over $100M.
• Strong cost and resource management and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor CPM schedules for construction projects.
• Create baseline schedules with all dates, activities, and milestones.
• Perform progress schedule updates and prepare reports and narratives.
• Provide recommendations based on execution goals and schedule constraints.
• Conduct critical path analyses and identify schedule risks; propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders and present findings.
