Job summary

Aegis seeks a Project Controls Engineer to provide scheduling support to our valued clients. You will work with client project managers and construction professionals to develop, manage, and monitor CPM schedules and project control systems across a project’s life cycle.

You will develop, review, and update baseline schedules, perform critical path analyses, and prepare monthly reporting packages for site teams. This role may involve travel to site construction locations within the region.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling in vertical construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or related field (may be waived with five+ years of direct vertical construction experience).
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor construction CPM schedules.
• Review project documents to develop baseline schedules with dates, activities, and milestones.
• Perform progress schedule updates with reporting and narratives.
• Analyze schedules and provide recommendations aligned with execution goals.
• Conduct critical path analyses and suggest corrective actions.
• Perform site walks for progress validation and monthly reporting.
• Review contractor progress and present findings to management.
• Develop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to support the program.
• Cost and resource management and reporting.
