Job summary

On-site role with competitive compensation: minimum $175,000 and up to $200,000 annually, plus benefits; SOX controls may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, or engineering.
• Minimum 8 years in project controls within construction.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• SOX controls familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project control strategies to meet schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with project teams to define objectives, scope, and KPIs.
• Create detailed schedules with critical path analysis.
• Monitor progress, analyze baselines, and manage risks.
• Prepare status reports on schedule, cost variance, and earned value.
• Provide advice on cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and EVMS.
• Mentor team members on project control methods.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
