Energy Resilience Partners, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Controls/Cost Manager for a federal/ERP installation project in Puerto Rico. You will create a single view of cost, commitments, forecast, cash, schedule, risk, and change, integrating Unanet, P6 progress, and invoicing data.

The role requires 8+ years in project controls, advanced forecasting, and ERP costing, with periodic travel to Puerto Rico and ability to work in CUI-aware environments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• At least 8 years of project controls or cost-management experience on federal, EPC, utility, industrial, or construction programs.
• Advanced cost forecasting, earned value, change control, Excel/data analysis, and project-accounting capability.
• Ability to travel periodically to Puerto Rico and work within CUI-aware federal systems and processes.

Mansioni

• Establish the control account/WBS structure, cost codes, budgets, commitments, accruals, actuals, estimate-at-completion, and cash forecast.
• Operate monthly cost and schedule integration, variance analysis, trend management, and executive forecast reviews.
• Reconcile approved P6 progress, subcontractor pay applications, purchase orders, material receipts, CQC evidence, and Government invoices.
• Maintain change, contingency, risk, and management-reserve logs with clear ownership and supporting records.
• Build auditable dashboards for ERP leadership, JV members, bonding/financial stakeholders, and project management.
• Support certified cost or pricing data, incurred-cost support, and closeout reconciliation when applicable.
